  • * Al Ula Mountains Zipline experiences are subjected to the weather conditions. Unfavourable weather situations may lead to the cancellation or postponement of the activity. * If you cancel your booking four days ahead of the activity date- there will be zero cancellation fee. * If you cancel your booking less than three days before the activity date- there will be a 100% cancellation fee. * You will have to sign a Waiver when checking in for the Mountain Zipline Al Ula Adventure. The minimum height requirement is 110 cm for the zipline adventure. * Weight requirement is 40kg-100kg. * Participants must be of age 12 or above to partake in this activity. * Participants are required to submit the ticket and the National Identity card at the check-in counter.
